La série « Saynètes » met en abyme de façon surréaliste l’Homme et son rapport à la prolifération des déchets dont il est lui même la cause principale.
« Slack » représente un homme avachi sur un canapé au milieu d’une prairie. Cette œuvre offre une lecture optimiste, si l’on choisit d’y voir une représentation des efforts consentis pour essayer de régler le problème de la prolifération des déchets, mais elle peut aussi être vu de manière plus cynique avec un homme fatigué à l’aube des efforts auxquels il va devoir consentir pour retrouver un espace de vie saint.
The “Saynetes” series surrealistically reflects on Man and his relationship to the proliferation of waste of which he is himself the main cause.
“Slack” depicts a man slumped on a couch in the middle of a meadow. This work offers an optimistic reading, if one chooses to see it as a representation of the efforts being made to try to solve the problem of the proliferation of trash, but it can also be seen in a more cynical way with a tired man at the dawn of the efforts he will have to make to find a pollution free living space.
