This art­work is the first paint­ing from this series. The fruits presen­ted here are not from the same sea­son and come from all over the world, and there­fore have a colossal car­bon foot­print, all to sat­is­fy our desires of the moment. This paint­ing con­fronts the viewer/consumer with their respons­ib­il­it­ies, the beauty of the com­pos­i­tion con­trast­ing with the eco­lo­gic­al drama it rep­res­ents.
