“Drop the bag” est une pein­ture dédiée pour la rue. Cette œuvre a été col­lée rue des Couronnes Paris 20ème.
Elle met en exer­gue la dés­in­vol­ture de l’Homme face au gaspillage et sa respon­s­abil­ité en jetant le sac poubelle par la fenêtre. Le per­son­nage présente le sac fer­me­ment, ce geste sym­bol­ise ain­si sa lâcheté face au com­bat con­tre la pol­lu­tion en déposant les armes dans un aban­don résolu. Charge au spec­ta­teur à qui le per­son­nage sem­ble s’adress­er de repren­dre la lutte en ramas­sant le sac poubelle, ou de pass­er son chemin… Le pas­sant est ain­si mis face à ses respon­s­abil­ité.
Ce col­lage à l’échelle 1 fait par­tie de la série des « Saynètes », un tra­vail inclus dans le pro­jet glob­al « Garb-age », il a été entière­ment peint à l’acrylique et con­stitue en soit une œuvre unique éphémère dans la rue.

“Drop the bag” is a paint­ing ded­i­cat­ed for the street. This work was past­ed up Rue des Couronnes in the 20th dis­trict of Paris.
It high­lights the casu­al­ness of Man in the face of waste and his respon­si­bil­i­ty by throw­ing the garbage bag out the win­dow. The char­ac­ter presents the bag with author­i­ty, this ges­ture thus sym­bol­izes his cow­ardice when it comes to fight­ing against pol­lu­tion by lay­ing down his arms in a res­olute aban­don­ment. It is up to the spec­ta­tor to whom the char­ac­ter seems to be address­ing to con­tin­ue the fight by pick­ing up the garbage bag, or to move on… The pass­er-by is thus con­front­ed with his respon­si­bil­i­ties.
This scale 1 paste-up is part of the “Saynètes” series, a work includ­ed in the glob­al “Garb-age” project, entire­ly paint­ed in acrylic it is in itself a unique ephemer­al work in the street.
